Brothers Víctor Rubero and José "Pepín" Rubero founded Joe & Vic, which was located at #704 Monserrate Avenue (now La Fondita de Jesús).
Joe & Vic moved its facilities to #1106 Fernández Juncos Avenue, its current location.
On October 4, Mr. Raúl Rubero acquired 50% of the shares in Joe & Vic and joined Mr. Víctor Rubero as the company’s only two shareholders.
Representation agreements are reached with companies such as Libbey, FOH, True Manufacturing Inc., among others.
Joe & Vic is acquired by Mr. Raúl Rubero, son of José "Pepín" Rubero, now owner and president of Joe & Vic.
